Process

Building a new home can be intimidating but with our experience, you have nothing to worry about. We’ve laid out our process below so that you understand every step of building your new home.

 

We grab a coffee and chat about your needs. Whether you’re looking for a new home or looking for an investment opportunity, we’ll figure out what your best options are. During this meeting you will gain a better understanding of our process and we will work with you to create realistic financial and project length expectations.

 

Once we have had some time to study your expectations, we will meet again to discuss more specific details.

After we have verified that the project is feasible, we will work with you to find the perfect property. At this point we will also start the design and permit processes.

 

When we are ready and you are comfortable with the plan, we will begin the construction process:
– Demolition & Excavation
– Foundation
– Framing & Windows
– Plumbing & Electrical
– Drywall
– Finishes

 

 

Once the project is complete and you are happy with the finished product, we celebrate.
